We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

- Business Operating Hours: Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST).
Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) on Friday or during the weekend will begin processing on the following business day.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
5. Address Changes & Order Modifications
If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order details, please contact us immediately within 12 hours of placing your order at [email protected]. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
TeeCaring is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping if incorrect address details were provided. If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our support team promptly with your order details so we can assist you.
